#INTRODUCTION
As today we humans are very much advanced in each and every field which we see around us and for us one of the major advancement is required in the field of medicine for smooth flow of our life.
But due to hectic schedules we are  not able to take proper care of our body, so due to which proper functioning of our brain does not take place so due to which our focus for doing certain work is not properly managed.

4) Cognitive / Behavioral hypnotherapy
~ Practiced by many of the (CBH) hypnotists.

* By growing application of cognitive and behavioral physiological theories and concepts to the explanation of hypnosis along with behavioral therapies body based therapies are also used.
5) Curative Hypnotherapy
~ This was first practiced by Davi Lasser.
~ It is basically a combination of hypnosis IMR and a method of specific questioning that he/she has become to explore.
